WHO WE ARE 

HKC The Netherlands is a young and dynamic firm with branches in Utrecht and Ede. It is through our year-long experience in the kitchen market that we have a thorough knowledge on kitchens. As no other we know how salesmen look upon kitchen orders and which questions the manufacturers of kitchens could ask before taking an order into consideration. We also speak the language of the installers. We know which information he/she needs to fit in a kitchen.


The expectations of your customer are at all times the starting-point In our work. The dream kitchen, as sold by the salesman to the customer, can it be technically produced and installed? In addition to this we actively contribute ideas about colour combinations; do they tally and are they logical? We are also familiar with the direction of rotation of cupboard doors and all other imaginable aspects in and of a kitchen. Besides all necessary technical knowhow we also have years of experience in (consumer)sales of kitchens. 


Thus, we technically and commercially look into your orders sold.


We, HKC The Netherlands, are fully informed of and keep pace with all the novelties and innovations with respect to kitchens. For years and years we have had good contacts with the suppliers in the kitchen market who continually and happily supply us with all novelties.

WHAT WE DO

We aim at relieving your concerns. As we pursue an optimal and long-term cooperation, we will keep in close contact with your organization during our joint venture. Owing to our wealth of knowledge and experience we will be beneficial to you in other areas than order processing. It is our aim to design and perform our activities in consultation with you. What needs you have, HKC The Netherlands can and will support. This is our philosophy.

 

We, HKC The Netherlands, can support you in many activities. Broadly, you can think along the lines of the following activities:

  • Verifying if measurement reports fulfil all necessary and required components.
  • Verifying if an order is provided with all signatures and does not contain any handwritten additions.
  • Checking the content quality of the order in the system and referring back questions, if any,  to the salesman.
  • Adapting all designs and writing down the correct dimension lines.
  • The making of a piping diagram.
  • The ordering of kitchen components from suppliers.
  • Verification of order confirmations and entering them into your system.
  • Being on stand-by for technical questions during the sales talks of advisers.
  • If required and necessary, keeping advisers informed of the latest technical aspects of the trade.
  • Providing various training schemes for starting and experienced salesmen.
  • Joining in in optimizing the process within your organization.


As to all our questions regarding an order we will provide feedback to the concerning salesman so that he/she can contact your client – if necessary - and solve all the questions. We from our side will not contact your clients.

MEASURINGSERVICE

For years both you – as a kitchen expert – and we have been dependent on measurement reports of the most wide-ranging quality in which regularly important information is missing. You surely are familiar with the measuring reports with only squiggles on the detailed plan of the salesman, with which you are told that everything should fit in perfectly. Or the measurement reports with the thickness of well over eight pages, full of information which generally raise more questions than answers. In this line many more examples of measurement reports can be put forward that do not meet your and our standards A good measurement report after all is the basis for the salesman, the order processor, the transporter and the installer, and thus of extreme importance for you as an entrepreneur.


After having completed more than 15.000 measurement reports we may safely state that we have acquired more than enough experience in this field to know precisely which requirements should be met in a measurement report, so that all the parties involved get the data necessary and that you as an entrepreneur will be protected and unburdened.


That is the reason why in 2023 we started our own measuring service with which we now have a Q4 2024 national coverage.


When you enlist our measurement service, we will see to it that the kitchen area is measured in the correct way and that the measurement report will be provided with all necessary information. After this we make sure that the measurement report is processed, that the kitchen order is checked, that everything will be ordered in the correct way and ultimately that it will be delivered without problems. In other words: together with you we aim at a 100% flawless and free of service delivery and in the meantime your focus can turn to generating revenue and to installing the kitchen (or having it installed).
